They are never on time food is cold and expect you to still pay. ETA is a lie, continuously change. Customer service has an attitude. Never again.

DoorDash delivered me some one else order when I sent pics.. called them.. I was told I would not receive a refund!! So they took my money for something I didn’t order!

Driver barely spoke English. Went to the wrong city, found us 45 mins late & demanded cash when we had already paid in full directly to the restaurant. Calling door dash customer service only made it worse. They were hostile & not helpful, blaming the restaurant (with whom we have NEVER had issues with) for their own incompetence. We will NEVER use door dash again! Btw, the restaurant we ordered from replaced our order FREE OF CHARGE, while door dash was completely unwilling to do ANYTHING to address our complaint. Honestly, we just wanted dinner. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

9 out of 10 times, the doorbell never rings and the food sits outside in the Arizona heat. There's even a "Please Ring The Doorbell" message in notes to driver. If there's a next time, I'll tape a large note to the door. Super aggravating that I've always left them a nice tip

I ordered ten bottles of Scotch bonnet pepper hot sauce "Walkerswood" from Jamaica for $42.xxIf I could give Doordash a 1/2 starIf. I received 20 minutes latter "Valentina Salsa Picante" which is not at all what I ordered. To my surprise I only got 9 bottles... NOT ten. I called the support desk I asked for an exchange for the correct item I was told that they did not have the item I wanted so the substituted for what I got. Fred told me that I would get a (Store Credit) of $20.xx for the order. WTF is this? Doordash SUCKS. Do not ever expect me to use Doordash again... EVER!!! I

I will no longer be using Doordash after the nonsense I've had to deal with getting charged for food I never received. I was first told by their costumer service that I would be refunded since I never received my order. A week later I didn't get any refund, so I contacted them again. I was then told it needed to be evaluated to their superiors who would contact me be email within a few hours. I never got an email all weekend, so I called again on Monday, having to re-explain everything again, which the first customer service representative simply stated he won't help me and then hung up on me. The second call I asked to first not get hung up on, then re-explained everything yet another time and had to go through the whole spiel again to just be told again that they cannot do anything and their superiors would email me within 12 hours. 24 hours later and still no email, I contacted them yet again, but this time was told their superiors decline to reimburse me. I couldn't believe that they insisted on charging me for something I never received and was originally told it would be refunded. Luckily I have USAA and filed a dispute with them against the charge. Hopefully it comes through. Doordash customer service is absolutely horrible, they are of little use, say they can't put you in contact with a person who can actually do something about your situation, are ride at times (I got hung up on just for asking about my refund), and their superiors I guess feel they're too good to email a customer about a situation and are completely fine with stealing someone's money. Ridiculous!

I was charged 21.58 for an oder I never made. When I called Doordarsh about this charge they told me oh yes you made this order when clearly I had not. They would not refund my money. The lady on the phone said you are lying, you made that order. Well any way I called my bank and filed fraud charges. I'll get my money by tomorrow.

DoorDash's software engineer teams are among the worst of the worst. The reason of those dashers who spent the long time to deliver sometimes due to the navigation integrated gps failures, as well as other silly related technical glitchy issues. It's unfair for dashers to take over the responsibilities, as customers are unsatisfied and whining on dasher's faults. Some advice to DoorDash management team, listen, if you wanted to bring the best experience to your customer, you have to treat your workers properly!

They never send a english speaking dasher. I'm on crutches and it's very difficult for me to walk to the front to meet the Dasher. Prior they would send someone that spoke english but lately everyone. They send said can't speak english and he doesn't understand when I'm trying to explain to him how to punch in the code To get into the gate and because of that, my food has been cold or I've had to have someone else go and meet the Dasher that speak Spanish I will never use them again.

DoorDash stole my money. I canceled the order and what they don’t tell you is if you cancel your order, you will not get your money back. I canceled the order before they even had a chance to prepare it right after I made the order I canceled it and they would not give me my money back, They are out here, literally stealing money from people. They should tell you that before you cancel or try to cancel that if you do, you will not receive a refund. They didn’t wanna give me a credit they didn’t give me anything

Door Dash stole $14.25 from me. My order included a $35 item that was never received. I called the restaurant & they did not refund the item or agree to run the missing item over. They told me reimbursement must come from Door Dash. I submitted the issue to Door Dash and they only reimbursed $20.75 for a $35 item. I am still owed money - $14.25

Dasher didn’t follow instructions to get to my door, cancelled my order as he was talking to me- telling me he did not speak English. My double dash he left on the ground 4 blocks away! Customer service tells me it’s my fault he called me, but he doesn’t speak English. He cancelled my order as I watched! I had to pay a restocking fee for an order that was cancelled in front of my face. Customer Service questioned me because I texted him. Where is the beer, but he told me to text him because he doesn’t speak English. I had no way to communicate. I have a picture of a location that I can show is blocks away from my house that he dropped it off on the ground, there’s a door code to get into my building that I left, but he didn’t try and when I tried to go downstairs, he drove away. I’m now paying double for the same thing waiting twice as long and I paid a restocking fee.

I ordered alcohol four things of wine. And the Dasher brought me four soda bottles. Spent an hour on the phone trying to get support. They said they would refund me. But then denied it later. This is not the first time DoorDash has done this. And I was a Dasher for a while. So I'm really disappointed, in the fact that DoorDash thinks they can, even though the items are not being delivered.

I ordered some food from IHOP and I got my order it was the wrong order so I asked to have it we delivered I still don't have my food so when I call to get a refund I'm told no I can't have a refund because I asked for a redelivery I have no food and no money now I cannot leave my job to go get anything and then the doordash representative decided to hang up on me and issue me a credit for doordash instead of my money back I will never use doordash again

I ordered food on 4/12. Dasher picked it up, then made several pickups and stops. By the time she delivered my food she’d had it 30 min. The food was cold. I opened a chat and was told they would give me a refund. Fast forward 3 days and I get a $3 refund, not $17.77 that was owed. I chatted again and asked for a phone number. When I got a person that couldn’t hardly speak English, I called the dasher a moron, she called me unsafe and hung up. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I literally work 5 min from where I ordered from. DoorDash still refuses to make it right. I had to throw my could food away that day because heating it up made it just gross. I’ll be going with Grubhub in the future. I’ll refuse to use DoorDash ever again
