Cancelled my service. Unable make updates to our website. Constant time-out errors or server errors. The server is constantly hacked.Unable to reach any representative at FastWebHost: no response to email or online chat. No phone to call for technical assistance. I will stay away from them.

Not recommended ignore this website they are cheater after 1 year I got realized because I delay in payment only 15 days or less they have deleted my data. suggest you all stay away if your domain and website are business or any kind, have extremely slow service, and server go down for every time without warning or any resolution, there is no recovery for data or insist to pay to recover data is chargeable

Stay away if your domain and website are business critical, have extremely lousy service, and can go down for weeks without warning or any resolution, the potential for Data Loss without any recovery.

Worst company, will ignore your help request and will ignore you needing support as they know they cant fix it. They did an upgrade (apparently) screwed it up, messed up websites for 4-5 days and when its up its a backup from months ago and dont have a recent backup - for all of them! a complete joke! Stay away. incompetent and terrible service

Avoid at all cost! I was charged for a service I previously canceled (months earlier) and their version of a refund is to credit your account. I connected with support and conveniently, the billing team is not available. I was told to email their support inbox. Also, their servers are garbage and no matter what, your website will be insanely slow! I moved from them to GreenGeeks. FastWebHost is a bunch of crooks!

For the last 4 days, the server is down. I have more than 25 websites hosted on their servers. I'm receiving calls from my client for updates whereas for Fastwebhost their support does not come on chat, email, or respond to your Tickets. There is no communication from them whatsoever. Running a hosting business it seems they don't even have a backup plan for such a crash. I worst part is they leave their clients unattended with no updates. I just hope and pray that I get my clients data which is highly crucial. Such an attitude of chopping off support lines at such times speaks a lot about the FastWebHost attitude and company values. I regret I choose them as a service provider.

As many others have noted, I was a FastWebHost customer for about 10 years. For most of that time it was fantastic. Past 2 years I was getting unexplained outages, very poor customer support (there is NO phone support whatsoever as they are based out of India), service tickets ignored. The last straw was they suspended one of my domains for too much bandwidth usage (I am a small business, no way was I using that much bandwidth). I am tired of being ignored so going elsewhere. I do not recommend this firm for any kind of business website. Go elsewhere.

Fastwebhost has gone dramatically downhill over the last few years. Unexplained outages, and websites going offline due to server issues without notifications. They are no longer good business partners.

The company has gone down hill dramatically over the last two years. They initially respond but then go silent and refuse to deal with any issues. Currently waiting for an issue to be resolved which has taken over 2 weeks. I would not recommend using this company!

I have used Fastwebhost from the time it was ehostpros. Until about a year ago, the service was quite good. However, over the past year, my email service has been dropping out for days at a time. It was down for nearly a week in July of last year. Since the first of the year, it has been down about 30% of the time. The on-line help has told me each and every time that the problem is the spam filter. I do not understand this as there are plenty of commercially available span filters that can be configured in 1-2 hours. Something does not add up with this explanation.

They killed my website, took it down for over 26 hours, and do not know how to fix it. over 7000 people from over 32 countries rely on the info on that site and I do not know if they will even get it working again. Lack of feedback is pathetic. Just constant form letter replies read from a script.

3rd class company FastWebHost very 3rd class services provide and 3rd class support FastWebHost company is 3rd class wasted money I suggest you not invest money totally loss.

I've been a FastWebHost customer for more than a decade. Tonight I ran into a shopping cart issue while trying to register a new domain name, and I was thoroughly impressed with the help that M.Suresh gave me via the support chat... I was able to resolve the issue quickly and easily thanks to that.

Almost 24 hours downtime with no real explanation, and no progress. Live support almost never answers. Do you really want this sort of hosting?

Best Customer Service ever!!!! Pricing is just right, very flexible and understanding. I have never needed refunds or returns, so I don't know.

This company is formerly ehostpros but they changed their name to get ahead of bad publicity. They will cause you more down time and billing issues than one person needs. Then they pretend they have a language barrier when you try to chat with support. Any money saved will be lost in frustration, better to host someplace else.

Been with FastWebHost for many years now with a average experience with them. A few problems down the line but what can you expect for cheap shared hosting. However I've recently requested for my service to be cancelled and refunded to which they have begun to ignore me and not email me back, they're quick to want your money but not to give it you back. They're violating their own terms as I'm entitled to a partial refund for the service I want cancelled. I keep getting told "You'll get a response today" with nothing materialising. I'll be taking this up with my bank now which is a last resort. Because of this experience I'd highly advise against going with such a company that does not follow their own terms.

I have my critical domains on an automatic renewal process with these guys, so that I would not have issues in terms of delays with renewals. Or so I thought... their system put us offline anyway... for hours! Terrible for business, don't use. They didn't seem to care once I told them either.
