“Everything was straight forward and so easy. I submitted my quote and had an offer immediately! If that's not enough, then they went above and beyond my expectations when they delivered my payment within an hour of accepting their offer!! “So far everything in the process has been very easy and really fast. The website is clear and easy to understand and filling out the form and finding the toners u have was very user friendly! As soon as I accepted their offer (which was higher then I ever expected) they submitted paymeny via PayPal, before I even printed the shipping label! The only reason I didmt give them 5stars is because PayPal has placed a hold on my payment and I don't know if this is at the request of the company or something PayPal is doing but I have had the PayPal account since 2020 so it's not a new account and doesnt have any negative balances or transactions so technically even though toner connect paid, I'm yet to actually receive the funds and don't know how smooth this last bit of the process will go yet, but at the moment I'm very pleased with the process and the offer I was given :)”

“so easy to deal with. just tell them what you have, send in a picture, accept the offer print the label, box it up and boom, get the cash. this has been such a pleasurable experience and a great way to get rid of extra toner cartridges indont need.. I'm getting ready to to business with them again. thanks toner connect!”
