This is the 4th time I ordered and have yet get my $10 or free shipping on this order or the last 2orders. I did contact once before and no one contacted me. There is no area to put in a code for discount or any other way to apply a cost saving perk. Shame on you! I tried calling once, no one called be back! You would think I would be appreciated for all my past and futures orders!
