Nicole NC4 was very helpful and pleasant. Its wonderful having a Uk call centre. She answered all my questions and helped me understand what the policy entailed. She listened to what I said and made pleasant conversation. She was very nice and relaxed and I felt comfortable speaking with her. She did not rush me and she went away and asked for answers to make sure her information was correct. I enjoyed speaking with her to sort my car insurance. Nicole is a credit to the company.
