was very happy overall. The only issue was that the service tech was about 2 hours later than promised, but he did come and 1-800 Battery communicated with me very well. Once the tech arrived he was very nice and professional, as well as informative. I would not hesitate to call upon 1-800 Batteries again. Thank you.
