I would have given a higher overall rating had I not encountered the problem of printing the tickets.
When I sent an email enquiring how was I to print them since I was staying in a hotel, I was informed to go to an internet café and print them there.
I suggest that a system be introduced wherein they can scan the barcode from the phone, thus avoiding of having to print the tickets and saving on paper.
