We will never use them again. Ordered a custom glove for my son’s birthday. Glove was never made. We received status updates on how it was being cut, sewed, made, finished, tested etc for weeks which were untrue because after seven weeks we got a message that they had run out of blue thread and said the glove could not be made as ordered. What glove manufacturer runs out of thread? They did refund us but they had to otherwise it would have been charged back by the credit card company. No attempt to make up for the disappointment.
