They may have started out good, but they are garbage now. Customer service does not want to help they make excuses on all their mistakes. Will tell you that you were wrong and what you ordered. Do yourself a favor spend your money on a glove from a company that cares about craftsmanship and the product they sent out and has customer service willing to assist you With any issues, not argue with you
