On the way to the event, we were notified our tickets were no longer available. They offered us other tickets which were not comparable to what we had and not even seats that would be together. I told the Stubhub agent on the phone that we did not want the replacement tickets and wanted a full refund. After paying $268.20 for the original tickets, I received a $30 refund and was told I would be getting nothing else.
