Stubhub claims to have a really good refund policy, until you actually need a refund. The concert I purchased tickets for, got cancelled. Stubhub jumps through hoops, doesn't answer, and makes you send documentation they don't even care about - for no reason. I was out the concert and the money. So much for their great policy. I will never buy from Stubhub again.
