Stubhub is basically running a racket. No refunds under any circumstances except a “death in the family” they told me. They say you can make your money back by re-selling but that’s an obvious lie. When you re-sell, then the buyer has to pay the same fees that you do so stubhub gets to cash in on double the fees while providing no actual service to you. The tickets are always more expensive on their website than from the venue because of the scalper fees.
