Completely misleading and a scam. Purchased tickets from StubHub back in February for a Luke Bryan concert in Toronto in July. Order confirmation said tickets would be released on day of concert by 4:00 p.m. Received e-mail that tickets were released but no tickets were received. Spent more than 2 hours on phone and virtual chat with agent who said they were 'working on it'...long story short, they could not reach the original seller, there was some sort of 'technical difficulty' I never received my tickets, and since there were no tickets available, just told me the only option was a refund. This is an hour before the concert while we were at the gates of the venue! Spent hundreds in travel and hotels only to miss the concert and unclear when or if the refund is coming in. Complete scam and will never use StubHub again. Buyer beware!
