I was quoted £545 for my iPhone 15 pro in brilliant condition in my opinion. I’ve always had a wallet case, screen protector and even a protector on the camera aswell. I took a video before I even sent the phone off. I got offered £345! I was absolutely fuming. Called them back and told them I want my phone back and there’s no discussion on price when your trying to offer me £200 less then what was quoted. I’ll never use them again. First time and only time 🤷🏼♀️
I’ve never ever had a company knock off £200 when they have received any of my phones
