The online service provided by The Sewing Studio, particularly during the height of the pandemic, has been fantastic. This has been a lifeline for those of us who live in rural areas (Scottish Highlands) and were unable to make use of a kerbside pickup at their store. Only once did I have to wait more than 5 days for delivery, and I think that was more down to the Royal Mail being overwhelmed with the volume of online purchases that people were making during lock-down. I continue to use their online service, particularly for pre-cuts, due to the variety and quality offered.
