There is no way of contacting this organisation for customer service over the phone, and they will not respond to emails. They will not schedule delivery times. The track and trace service will schedule a 3 or 4 hour timeslot for delivery on the delivery day with very little warning. The drivers are rude. Worst shipping experience i've ever had.
