Ordered a door, took 2 months to get it done, got a wrong door now chasing to change it . Got a reply that it was our mistake as the confirmation was send and we signed it off. Worst company to deal with and if any one is planning to do so think again. If you have ordered something then please check when you get a confirmation email if you are getting the product you ordered. Made a mistake of not checking the confirmation email hence no action is taken by the company . Spoke to the manager Mathew Johnson and got the same reply, saying it was my mistake as we send a written confirmation. If dealing with Danny please reconfirm what product you have chosen as it gets lost in translation my the time he reaches the office and you will get a wrong product and if confirmed in a hurry you will end up with the wrong order.
