Absolutely disgusted with the way we have been treated. No end of complaints have been sent - no-one wants to take any responsibility...no-one will ring back even though they promise to...still want their thousands for a half job done. September 2017 we originally signed for our improvements. April 2019 still not fully complete! Wouldn't trust them to erect a tent. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Furthermore, work that has been done by so-called installation team has been condemned by building inspector.
