We used to live in Buckinghamshire but have now moved to Hunstanton, Norfolk. We still use A Plan in Aylesbury for our cars and now for our home insurance. When we telephone, the call is answered after a couple of rings and we speak to a person. We were fed up with other insurance companies, a after the recorded message and pressing various options, you still waited about 15 minutes. Definitely recommend A Plan.
