couldnt go at the last minute because of a screwup of the Kenya visa ( not my fault) . Asked to apply payment to a tour starting a week later(same trip) , they refused so I'm out $5000 ! Be careful , everyone they dont do refunds ! They would have not been out a single dime . SAD They could have handled this more professionally. I'm a Travel Agent and would never treat a client this way. No referrals from me.
