The item arrived quickly. On opening it was moldy and stained. I was offered 20% refund to keep or 100% refund to destroy it. They knew the item may be moldy before they sent it, it’s not the first apparently, one of a batch and sent out unchecked. I needed the fly rug for an unwell horse and had no choice but to keep it. I am very disappointed, 20% does not cover the inconvenience or washing, and after washing the rug is still with black spots from the mold. I cannot, in this world right now, destroy a perfectly functional product to receive a refund. It’s a very unecological solution. A waste . I am very disappointed in Agradi
