The flight out of London was delayed then cancelled due to technical problems. This led to arrival to final destination 16hrs later than scheduled. I contacted airlines first and they didn’t answered my queries first and then declined the claim. Then I filed with the help of Air Advisor and they came through with compensation in about a period of two months. Very pleased with their speedy and professional service.
