My flight was delayed at Otopeni Airport Romania and I was forced to stay overnight to fly the next day. I knew I was entitled to compensation. Filed my claim with the airline with Tarom and got nowhere. I was not happy the way Tarom responded. I researched online how to pursue my claim and found Air Advisor. I filed the claim online in 2018 and then forgot about it. Last week I got an email from Air Advisor stating my claim was successful and they were sending me 558 eur. It may have taken longer than I wanted but they were successful. Although, they took 30% and I got 70%. It might seem expensive but fine with me.
