Really poor experience today. Purchased 5 flexi tickets for route 702 from Greystones to the Airport with the intention of boarding at Shankill at 4:30 AM. Realised we need to get to airport earlier due to current delays there so we contacted Aircoach (pleased that we had booked the flexi option). However there are no earlier buses running on route 702 so we asked if we could use the route 700 from Leopardstown instead which runs earlier - answer was we need to buy another 5 tickets despite the flexi booking as that doesn't cover different buses. Assume they are covered in the small print but they couldn't have been less flexible to a customer who had purchased their flexible option.
