Two experiences:
ARRIVING IN DUBLIN:
Found the Taxi 20 area at the Dublin airport pretty easily. It was there learned I needed to take the 700 bus. I didn't realize that stop shared the bus stop with the Belfast Express, and I nearly put my bag on the wrong bus. (Blame jet lag too).
I booked at a specific time because I was trying to book a connection from my destination to another destination more locally. The driver didn't allow me on board despite my pre-booking with your company a few days before since the bus was already full. I was very disappointed that I wasn't on the bus I needed, and though the website and promo materials said the bus comes every 15 minutes, it was more like 45 minutes between.
Luckily the other people in my queue did not have a pre-booking and let me get on the next bus first since I DID have a pre-booking.
LEAVING DUBLIN:
As a foreigner, it was a little confusing to me where to pick up the coach. The spot was across from the Grisham hotel, but we also saw this was a stop for regular (?) busses. The sign for Aircoach was much further up (past the other bus stops) and not easy to spot...well, a bunch of us didn't see it until the bus pulled up. Maybe consider mentioning this - that the stop is past the other bus stops if you're walking X direction from O'Connel and X intersection.
We were concerned that we hadn't found the right place to pick up the bus to get us to the airport, especially when the bus was almost 20 minutes later than the reservation pick-up time.
For future reference, clearer bus stop marking and being on time would have improved the experience. On this occasion, we were on time to the airport (ish - within 15 minutes) despite a late pick up.
We understand that traffic is always an issue. Could you consider texting patrons as to the estimated pick up time with a map, not unlike Uber?
