had booked Air coach from Belfast international to Derry but our flight from Alicante on the 9th March was delayed for 9hours and 25 minutes which would leave us in Belfast at 12.45 am.... with no way home to Donegal. We rebooked flight for Sunday 12th and asked to be rebooked on bus. We were told we would have to pay again. Sad way to treat pensioners who use service frequently ( previously) Airporter for years
