Trying to use the website is awful. i tried to use the flexibook opption to change my ticket on Thursday as my plane was delayed, it would not chenge (outside of the 2 hour window I think, which is useless as if the plane is delayed there needs to be some flexibility). I noticed over the weekend that in fact the system had changed my Sunday booking to the later bus, which is no use as this means I will miss my flight. I tried to go in and change it and it automatically put me on the EVEN later bus. This service is already so much worse and less flexible than airporter, fewer buses, fewer stops, worse timings, and now a useless booking system that gives one zero control over what changes are made. Unfortunately I am in the position that I need to use this service, but if there were a choice I would never use it again. Just awful.
