Started by one bus parking another in. Driver was so angry he was shouting and swearing. He then was incredibly rude to foreign customers getting onto the bus at T2. He then almost drove into the back of a car. Stopping so hard passenger belongings went flying. Very uncomfortable. No air-conditioning on the bus and he was rude to a fellow passenger asking about it. He was generally unpleasant. The trip felt long and unpleasant.
