I tried booking a fare for my 14 year old child, she is travelling with family who already have an existing booking, I could not book a child fare. I tried to add her to an existing booking but could not do this either. I called your customer service department for assistance but again they could not add a child fare to an existing
booking, I was told the only option is to purchase an adult ticket. I have a registered leap card for my child but I'm still expected to pay an adult fare for a 14 year old who will be travelling with her Aunt and Grandparents. Your booking system should allow for this service. Is is an absolute disgrace that my only option is to purchase an adult fare.
