Hi there, I traveled from Belfast to Dublin Airport on 9th September on the 10:10 service. The overall service was great, no issues at all. I would like to add, that the driver George and his colleague Ian were both very professional especially in light of the horrendous abuse they were subjected to by a man who was claiming to represent taxi drivers using the taxi rank. My wife and I were sitting front near the main door. This came about because of traffic volume, and the bus having to partly park over the taxi space. The language, name calling and intimidating actions was frightening. At one stage the man raised a wooden brush head, above his own head in front of the Aircoach man as if to threaten him. I'm sure some common sense and patience would have been enough to resolve the issue ..but this person seemed intent on being aggressive and threatening to your staff. regards Colin
