Rex went above and beyond assisting me. Their price for the air purifier was the best I could find, and it was delivered 2 weeks earlier than the anticipated date. Then, when I had concerns about the unit, Rex was incredibly helpful - even reaching out to the manufacturer to get answers to my questions and arranging for one of their representatives to call me. I am a 100% satisfied customer and will continue to buy from them and recommend them to others.
