I called and left a voice message and left my cell phone number and after a few day of not getting any response I called again and received a mailbox full message. I then sent a message from the website two days later and up to now I have received no response. It might be they are overwhelm with the current health situation, I hope they respond because I can use this filter but if they do not respond in the next day I will have to contact my Credit card company to get my money back.
