On February 21st.I ordered a gallon of PearLYT shampoo and was charged $60.27 on my Visa account for it. A day or two later I received a telephone call telling me that the gallon size was no longer available. I then asked that they send me a gallon of the shampoo in whatever size bottles available. I subsequently received 2 - 16 oz. bottles, or a half gallon, of the shampoo, not the gallon I paid for - only half of what I was charged for. I guess I'll have to give the Bank (Visa) a call.
