Product received was consistent with what I expected, packaged well. Cleaned up nicely. Shipping was a bit slow, perhaps not Armor Ally's fault. Tracking number provided showed that the product sat as received but not yet accepted in English town, NJ for almost a week before it moved on. The package was sent in priority USPS packaging so I am not sure the cause, seems more post office related than anything. All in all a good experience, and great price. I'd do it again .
