ArrowXL give me my ******* mattress before I go insane. First delivery attempt was (sorta) my bad I will admit. I had to go to work and they didnt show up until the last 30 min of their delivery window, if I had know the hassle that awaited me I wouldve just been late to work. However, they also do not give u a choice of time slots or even tell you the delivery window until very last minute. Get the call from the delivery guy I say Im so sorry I had to go to work I need to reschedule. I do not get an email or text on how to reschedule. I reach out to them multiple times and am finally offered a new date THREE DAYS later I say fine whatever. Then im told there is a redelivery fee of £50. I said I was not paying that when there was a 3 day gap between deliveries. They waived it. Mattress was supposed to show up yesterday between 4 and 6 pm as confirmed by an email and text. it never showed up. today the ArrowXL customer service is telling me that the delivery was NEVER BOOKED ? i just want my mattress jesus christ
