If you want communication, top tier craftsmanship with exceptional customer I'd give Ashland Leather a shot. We ran into a bit of a shipping snag which caused my Capone Money Clip to be over a week and a half late. Phil gave me guidance, as well as offered to even replace it if it did not come in within a certain timeframe.
