Today after a terrible customer service experience with the company due to major incompetence and lack of basic logic regarding my warranty claim on a Whirlpool refrigerator - the owner responds to my review saying that I am out of warranty and that I have no claim - when that is the main reason I am beyond frustrated of their incompetence- 1st- I am a landlord who gave the proper address for service and the proper address for billing/mailing paperwork. Of course, a warranty issue should not cost for the repair. 2nd - the technician arrives the day of at MY HOUSE and not the proper address where the fridge is located. After the repair/48 hours later the fridge stops working. We call again- we have to wait again several days for a follow up service call- they go to my tenants house but they forget to communicate with us, but they tell the tenants that they will arrange all with landlord. Weeks later, my tenant angrily says- why are you not fixing the fridge- we learn of the issue, call ASI to be met by a very rude and inpatient customer service rep named Tori who clearly cares nothing about my situation nor matters that my tenant is without a fridge now due to their lack of follow up, organization and ability to do a simple job. I then learn that no technician is available to help and that my only solution is to wait for a part to arrive- and this would take on or about 14 more days. The days pass, the actual day passes and after 7 more day, we pick up the phone to find out the matter, it turns out they forgot (again!) - but the part should be in next week, so wait and we will install then. The day comes - By this time, I have resolved the matter with tenant and moved refrigerator out of that home into another. The technicians install the part - say they must collect for service- I say "What???" this is a warranty issue. Ok- they solve it. 3 days later, refrigerator continues to have same issue, I call back and lovely Tori cares even less now and gets fed up with my issue quite soon and passes me on to Donna - who I assume is either part owner or related. She was even more lackadaisical about my issue and wouldn't even discuss the whole problem with me because, the unit had never been serviced by them before this last issue and she denied any possibility that her company had done any service to my unit before this last one,- pretty much called me crazy and said if I didn't have the correct account name/nubmer she couldn't deal with me- I said, I have all that info to give you- she said "no thanks" you must email to us because I am done with you - I will take it up to someone else and will let you know what we will do. They never replied but they certainly took the time to comment on my Google review making sure to slander me and show me off as a crazy. Thanks for giving me proof to begin legal action ASI!
