Slight damage to one door and a few small parts missing.
Izzy was fantastic - offered to send a replacement door, they actually did send it but our builders couldn't delay so managed to cover the damage with a hinge. Izzy offered a goodwill partial refund and posted the missing lock items by special delivery the following morning.
Highly recommended.
