Sitting here trying to make a call to my daughter and the calls won't go through. While I thought it was my daughters phone that is having trouble, I dialed other numbers only to find out that my phone can't call anyone. I'm stuck with no phone and no way of contacting assurance wireless or anyone else because they don't have a means of contacting them except by phone or mail. This is really ridiculous! How do you make a call when your phone doesn't make calls? Who sends letters through the mail in 2025 to solve issues? The internet works, I can check my email and play games but i'm stuck with a phone that can't place calls. Not because of the keypad or other basic functions but the phone will not dial out and neither can I receive calls. Assurance wireless should at least have an email system so that communication can be made with a live agent and all phone service providers should have live chat options as a means of getting situations resolved. This is ridiculous! Not sure what the problem is but I will discontinue my services with assurance wireless after this. I've been having problems with the cheap motorola phones that Assurance wireless gives its customers but never have I been in this predicament. Mistakes happen but, THIS IS DANGEROUS FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED.
