Got my dad a Father’s Day gift along with a few other bits and pieces. First time I’ve had something missing from an order, but was despatched the next day without fuss. Unfortunately DHL delivered this to the wrong address but the customer service team were able to get involved and get it redelivered same day. Good service is about being consistent right through purchases even if things go wrong so top marks to the team!
