Have used Autonet for some years now with no problems but did experience difficulty when my payment did not go through with no reason for this being the case. I immediately paid on line which is very simple and went through without delay. I did then however receive a number of what I assume are automatically generated emails telling me if I did not pay I would not be insured. At the same time I received acknowledgement of my payment and my documents.
All's well that ends well!
