I needed to have some wood cut, and I called ahead prior to heading to go to the store, to ask if the saw was working, and I was told it was.
However on arrival, I was told it had been broken for a day or two, I know you don't need to provide wood cutting, but at least tell customers the correct information, when asked. The staff at the trade counter were also just very rude and unhelpful. The store was in Romford, Roneo Corner.
