Placed a somewhat large order (£100+) in mid-November. Now early December and still not received.
Got an email late Nov that the product shipped, but the tracking number shows no shipping updates on the shipping company website. The Shop app (which you HAVE to download, even if viewing on desktop) states there is no tracking number at all.
I’ve emailed the company three times in the past two weeks since the supposed shipping date, and received zero response.
Im sure the product is lovely but this company seems more worried about curating a cute social media presence and funneling all communications to apps and Insta rather than worry about customer service.
