Everything was handled efficiently and smoothly from the initial enquiry through to receiving our travel documents. Jack put together a personalised itinerary for us based on our budget and available dates, and it was perfect. We had a 3 centre stay in Croatia and all the hotels selected were of an excellent standard, the airport transfers and transfers between destinations were explained clearly and all went very well with no problems. We would definitely book with Balkan Escape again and would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.
