I ordered these beers on the 15 November and paid a reduced charge as an introductory offer. I was told they would be despatched on 8 December. I was charged again, the full price this time, on 7 December. Despite two phone calls and two emails nobody has got back to me with an explanation. The week before Christmas I received an automated email to say the beer was on its way but nothing has arrived and it is now New Year's Eve. So, 46 days after ordering and having been billed twice I still have nothing to show for my £58.50.
