I had a great experience from the beginning of the call, where a polite gentleman(I unfortunately don't remember his name) have explained the reason for the call to all the way through with the greatest advisor anyone could wish for, Lily. She was courteous, polite, also funny, chatty, not just brightened my day, but went out her way to make sure I'll get the best possible service and insurance package for myself and for my family. I can't thank her enough for all she did, her annual calls will be something that I will look forward to.
