Very pleased with my Bibo. I drink a lot more cold water, which I always found difficult, and feel better for it.
I would like a simpler method of using an energy saving mode, as I am on my own and only make hot drinks three or four times a day, I would be happy to wait a couple of minutes for the hot water to reheat.
I am a bit concerned about energy conservation and cost, though the ease of use is great.
