Big Frog was quick to remedy a problem with the original shipment. Big Frog shipped a replacement the same day that the problem with the original shipment was identified. The Rinnai tankless water heater was installed by a licensed plumber, and it is now preforming well. It has a recirculation system and delivers hot water almost immediately, as expected.
