Not sure what to expect so, being a chicken, I started with a half. Took the other half about 3 hours later. I could breath! (use inhalers) and my back pain was gone. Had a good sleep as well. Suggested dose is 1 every 3 days but I think I'll try 1 every other day. Still experimenting!
