Very Disappointed – Poor Service and Quality Ordered a ₹1500 bouquet from Bloomsvilla for my mom’s birthday on June 15 with promised delivery in 2–3 hours. It never arrived, and there was no proper way to contact them. After many emails, they said they couldn't deliver to the address, something they should’ve mentioned before taking payment. They refused to refund and only offered a gift card or delivery to a different address. A month later, I asked them to send it elsewhere, and when it finally arrived, the basket was broken and the flowers were wilted. Extremely poor service and product quality.They didn’t even tried to change the name on the birthday card. Not recommended.
